Team Management
A specification tree is most valuable when a whole team is planning against it together. Every Athenode project supports multiple team members, each with a role that controls what they can see and change — so you can bring in collaborators without giving up control over who can invite others or reshape the team itself.
Inviting a team member
From your project's Users page in the web app, enter the email address of the person you want to add and choose the role they should start with. There's no separate accept step: the invite grants access immediately, and the person gets into the project the first time they log in with that email.
Understanding roles
Every member of a project has exactly one role, which determines what they can do:
| Role | Specifications | Agent setups | Project tokens | Member management |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full access | Full access | Full access | Can invite, change roles, and remove members |
| Editor | Full access | Full access | Can create and manage own tokens | Can view team members |
| Viewer | Read-only access | Read-only access | No access | Can view team members |
Removing or leaving
An owner can remove any other member from a project at any time, from the same Users page used to invite them. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.
Leaving a project
Any member who isn't the owner can leave a project themselves, at any time, without needing anyone else's involvement.
